Title: A Community- -Based Psychiatric Polyclinic Model to Enhance Mental Health Care and Reduce Nurse Burnout:
Biography: It is my pleasure As a practicing psychiatrist in Shiraz; I am a free Psychiatrist and graduated from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2018. I developed and implemented a multidisciplinary psychiatric polyclinic model within a small private practice. This initiative not only improves access to community-based mental health care but also addresses one of the key themes of the conference by reducing nurse workload and professional burnout, thereby strengthening patient safety.
I would be honored to present this work and share our experiences with an international audience of healthcare leaders and professionals. I believe this model may provide valuable insights for improving hospital management and nursing well-being in similar healthcare contexts.
